Upon submission of customer information, it immediately enters our secure internal database. This database is guarded by security access measures, meaning only those authorized to manage customer accounts can access the data and process the order. Customer information is kept on file for reordering purposes. It can be modified at any time by the actual customer if they contact one of our trained Branding Experts.

Namify is not liable for any damage, loss or delay caused by a third party shipper, such as UPS or FedEx. UPS is our primary carrier.

In most cases, orders received or approved by 2 p.m. MST can ship that day, except where further customization is needed. If it is after 2 p.m. MST and your product needs to ship that day, please contact your Account Representative immediately.

You should use the Namify FTP server. This article explains how to upload files to the FTP server.

Normally, we don’t issue proofs for reorders because the proof was already approved with the original order. All reorders are printed with the originally approved proof. However, you may request to see the proof prior to reordering and we would be happy to provide it.

Returns

Our primary goal at Namify is to make sure you get the quality products you need to effectively promote your cause. As such, we ask for your help in supporting our Return Policy. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival. Claims, returns, and exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Anything not reported within 48 hours will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned stocked products. Please note that customized products cannot be returned for a refund.
