Does Namify have to store my information?
Upon submission of customer information, it immediately enters our secure internal database. This database is guarded by security access measures, meaning only those authorized to manage customer accounts can access the data and process the order. Customer information is kept on file for reordering purposes. It can be modified at any time by the actual customer if they contact one of our trained Branding Experts.
How long will it take to produce my product?
Does Namify cover damaged packages?
Namify is not liable for any damage, loss or delay caused by a third party shipper, such as UPS or FedEx. UPS is our primary carrier.
How long will it take to ship my product?
In most cases, orders received or approved by 2pm MST can ship that day, except where further customization is needed. If it is after 2pm MST and your product needs to ship that day, please contact your Account Representative immediately.

Vector artwork is the preferred way to submit your artwork

What is your return policy?
Our primary goal at Namify is to make sure you get the quality products you use to effectively promote your cause. As such, we ask for your help in supporting our Return Policy. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival. Claims, returns, or exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Anything not reported within 48 hours will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned stocked products. Please note that customized products cannot be returned for a refund.
