Metallic thread: add 10%-25% for each metallic color. Neon thread: add 10% for neon color.
Plastic or vinyl backing: add $0.02 per linear inch. Pressure-sensitive backing: add $0.08 per linear inch. Heat-seal backing: add $0.04 per linear inch up to 3 1/2", add $0.18 for 4”, $0.24 for 4 1/2", $0.30 for 5”.
Felt background: add 5%
Pre-production sample fee:

$100.00 for size over 3-1/2" & up to 5"
80% of the sample fee will be refunded when the actual order is placed without any change & allow 2~3 weeks for the sample.

Lettering size has to be at least 3/16"H for best results and legibility.
Regular Merrow Bordering is always put on emblems with regular shapes unless specified.
All irregular shapes will have cut borders. We recommend doing a wax border to avoid frayed edges.
The special Merrow Bordering can only be applied to certain irregular shapes.
