Retractable Badge Lanyards

Polypropylene is the most widely used lanyard material in the world because of its soft and print-receptive qualities. We also offer a double thick version, which consists of two polypropylene ribbons sewn together for a thicker and sturdier lanyard.

We offer various lanyard widths ranging from 3/8" to 1" (charges apply up to 1,000 qty only). Larger sizes may be available upon request.

Retractable Badge Reels are a plastic device with an extendable cord that reels back in automatically. We offer up to 5 different retractable badge reel colors that you can choose from.

Listed are several different lanyard colors, or we can custom die your lanyards to any color. Simply select the "Other" option and then specify the exact color in the Special Instructions area (Include PMS values).

About 90% of our lanyard orders have 5 colors or less in their artwork, but we can customize your lanyard to include as many colors as you need. Simply contact our Branding Experts at 800.470.6970.

A standard option we offer is to print on one side (the front) of the lanyard. Because event directors recognize that the lanyards are sometimes worn inside out, many choose to print on the front and the back of the lanyard for additional logo recognition.

Usually, the the logo and text are placed on the left and right sides of the lanyard. For additional exposure, we offer the option to repeat the artwork around the neck of the lanyard.

An adjustment bead helps to resize the lanyard to fit comfortably. The bead comes at an additional charge per lanyard and fits on a strap size up to 5/8". Select the adjustment bead to see a sample image below.

Safety breakaways are designed to break apart under stress to prevent choking. The two main options that we offer include a snap or Velcro breakaway.

We offer a buckle located just above the end attachment. The buckle allows you to separate the bottom portion of your lanyard for easy access to keys or anything connected to the lanyard attachment.
