A setup fee is a one-time charge that allows us to set up a perfect rendition of your product to work from and keep on file indefinitely for convenient future ordering. The fee includes up to 2 digital proofs.

For greater logo exposure, many companies opt to pick contrasting colors that can stand out from a distance. Keep in mind when selecting material colors that it is especially important to consider the visual appeal of the contrasting color(s) of ink and how that affects visibility when worn under different lighting, etc. 

The price includes one side of print, but you may opt to have printing on both sides. For additional logo exposure, this can be really handy when using swivel lanyard attachments because no matter how often it flips and turns you can always see the artwork.

Because of the time it takes us to setup multiple photographs on individualized inserts, we charge a standard fee to compensate for the time it takes for our graphic artists to create each new set-up.

For a modest upcharge we will assemble your inserts into coordinating badge holders, if applicable. Please note that badge holders are sold separately and are not included in the assembly charge.

Our professional Printed Badge Inserts include one variable line of text per setup. For example, you may print your company name on one line (unchanging text) and include employees' names on the second line (changing text). If you'd like to add extra lines of text for other variable data, like a job title, location, or group, please select the number of variable lines you need from the drop down menu here.
