Namify
is not liable for any damage, loss or delay caused by a third party shipper, such
as UPS or FedEx. UPS is our primary carrier. FedEx Ground and FedEx Express are
also available if the customer provides their own accredited FedEx Account #. There
is a $5 handling charge added to orders that require FedEx pickup. **Please note
that P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable for UPS or FedEx shipping.**
U.S. Mail delivery is available, but must be requested by the customer, and the
customer must sign a separate waiver, releasing

from any responsibility from lost packaging.

In most cases, orders received or approved by 2pm MST can ship that day, except
where further customization is needed. If it is after 2pm MST and your product needs
to ship that day, please contact your Account Representative immediately.
